Internal Revenue Service Requests Public Comment on Reporting Burden for GST Deemed Allocations

The IRS is seeking public input on the reporting requirements for Election Out of Generation-Skipping Transfer (GST) Deemed Allocations as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
