EPA Approves Georgia State Plan for Municipal Solid Waste Landfills

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a state plan submitted by the Georgia Department of Natural Resources to implement and enforce emissions guidelines for existing municipal solid waste landfills, as required by the Clean Air Act.
