NIH Seeks Exclusive License for Long-Acting Testosterone Androgenic Compounds and Pharmaceutical Compositions

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is issuing a notice that it is considering granting an exclusive license worldwide for the use of a long-acting androgenic compound and its pharmaceutical compositions, patented in 1990, to N.V. Organon, a Dutch company, in accordance with US patent laws.
