Administrative Services to the NIS College and University Partnerships Program (NISCUPP)

The U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs is seeking non-profit organizations to assist with the administration of the Fiscal Year 1999 NIS College and University Partnerships Program (NISCUPP), which supports partnerships between U.S. institutions and those from the New Independent States in specific fields. The program is authorized by the Fulbright-Hays Act of 1961.
