EPA Approves Alabama's State Plan for Municipal Waste Combustors

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Alabama's state plan for implementing and enforcing emissions guidelines for existing municipal waste combustors with a capacity to burn more than 250 tons of municipal solid waste per day, as submitted on September 11, 1998.
