EPA Approves and Disapproves Alaska State Implementation Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has partially approved and rejected portions of the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation's (ADEC) revised air quality control rules, updated Alaska statutes, and the In Situ Burning Guideline, submitted on January 8, 1997, and March 17, 1998, in compliance with the Clean Air Act requirements.
