US Department of Agriculture Finalizes WIC Rule to Implement Public Law 103-448, the Healthy Meals for Healthy Americans Act of 1994 and the Pro-Children Act of 1994

The US Department of Agriculture has finalized a rule to implement certain provisions of the Healthy Meals for Healthy Americans Act of 1994, the Pro-Children Act of 1994, the Cash Management Improvement Act of 1990, and the Personal Work Responsibility and Reconciliation Act of 1996, aimed at strengthening WIC services and promoting good health practices.
