Notice of Opportunity To Submit Amici Curiae Briefs in Representation Proceeding Pending Before the Federal Labor Relations Authority

The Federal Labor Relations Authority invites all interested parties to submit amici curiae briefs on significant issues in a case pending before the Authority, which is examining the standard for evaluating a union petition for a representation election where an activity has assisted the petitioning union unlawfully. The case is being considered under the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute and its regulations.
