EPA Decides Not to List 14 Chemical Solvents as Hazardous Waste

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made a final decision not to include 14 chemicals used as solvents in the list of hazardous wastes under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), but notes that these chemicals may still pose health risks in certain situations.
