US Department of Agriculture Revises PACA Regulations for Retailers and Licensees

The USDA is updating the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA) regulations to allow retailers and grocery wholesalers to renew their licenses every three years, while giving other licensees the option to renew annually, biennially, or triennially, following a gradual elimination of license fees that began in 1995.
