EPA Proposes Extension of Plan Submittal Deadline for Arizona's Phoenix Nonattainment Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing a short extension of the deadline for Arizona to submit revisions to its implementation plan to meet the Clean Air Act's requirements for serious ozone nonattainment areas, from December 8, 1998 to March 22, 1999.
