Plastic Processor Installations on Navy Ships

In accordance with the Act to Prevent Pollution from Ships, 33 U.S.C. 1902(e)(4)(B), the Secretary of Defense must report, beginning October 1, 1996, and each year until October 1, 1998, a list of the names of ships equipped with plastic processors. This notice is the third and final annual report.
