Amtrak Reform Council to Meet to Discuss Financial Needs and Other Matters

The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) is hosting a meeting of the Amtrak Reform Council (ARC) to receive a briefing from the Department of Transportation's Inspector General on Amtrak's financial needs, as mandated by the Amtrak Reform and Accountability Act of 1997.
