Delegations of Authority Correction

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is issuing a correction to a 1997 notice regarding the delegation of authority to the Director of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to protect property and persons at the NIH's National Cancer Institute, Frederick Cancer Research and Development Center, including the previously omitted authority in 40 U.S.C. 318.
