EPA Authorizes Access to Confidential Business Information by ABT Associates

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted permission to ABT Associates, a contractor, and its subcontractor Eastern Research Group to access confidential business information related to toxic substances, submitted under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). This access is authorized under all sections of the TSCA.
