EPA Finalizes Changes to Residential Wood Heater Regulations

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized amendments to the Standards of Performance for New Residential Wood Heaters, aimed at reducing recordkeeping and reporting burdens, and clarifying the conditions under which the agency can initiate a recall of wood heaters due to certification test invalidity or other issues.
