EPA Extends Public Comment Period for Hazardous Air Pollutants from Petroleum Refineries

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the public comment period for proposed rules on hazardous air pollutants from the petroleum refining industry, in response to a request from the National Petrochemical & Refiners Association, until December 1, 1998.
