Director of Defense Procurement Proposes Amendment to DFARS to Encourage Repricing Clause Use in Noncompetitive Contracts

The Director of Defense Procurement is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to encourage the use of a repricing clause in noncompetitive fixed-price contracts, particularly during periods of restructuring, to ensure fair pricing and reflect changes in contractor costs.
