The Department of Commerce has issued an amendment to the Export Trade Certificate of Review (``Certificate'') granted to the Forging Industry Association (``FIA'') on July 9, 1990. Notice of issuance of the original Certificate was published in the Federal Register on July 13, 1990 (55 FR 28801).
