Financial Management Policies

The Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) is adopting Thrift Bulletin 13a, which provides guidance on the management of interest rate risk, investment securities, and derivatives activities. The Bulletin also describes the guidelines OTS examiners will use in assigning the ``Sensitivity to Market Risk'' component rating under the Uniform Financial Institutions Rating System.
