EPA Publishes Notice on Phase 2 Emission Standards for New Nonroad Spark-Ignition Engines

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is releasing new information for public review regarding proposed emission standards for new nonroad spark-ignition engines with a power output of 19 kilowatts or less, used primarily in lawn and garden equipment, following the publication of its Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) in 1998.
