STB Proposes Changes to Tariff Filing Regulations

The Surface Transportation Board (STB) is proposing changes to its tariff filing regulations, eliminating electronic filing through the Federal Maritime Commission's Automated Tariff Filing and Information System (ATFI), which will be phased out on May 1, 1999. The STB will allow individual carriers to request special tariff authority for electronic filing.
