Army National Guard Avoids Environmental Impact Statement for Integrated Pest Management Program

The National Guard Bureau has determined that an Environmental Impact Statement is not required for the adoption of an Integrated Pest Management Program, following a Finding of No Significant Impact and Final Programmatic Environmental Assessment.
