Notice is hereby given that Ms. Deborah A. Glockner-Ferrari, Center for Whale Studies, 39 Woodvine Court, Covington, Louisana 70433- 4724, has applied in due form for a permit to take North Pacific humpback whales (Megaptera novaeangliae) and several species of small odontocete cetaceans for purposes of scientific research.
