EPA Approves Rhode Island's Air Quality Implementation Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve the State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions submitted by the State of Rhode Island, which include the 15 percent rate of progress (ROP) plan and contingency plans, as well as minor revisions to the 1990 ozone emission inventory. The EPA anticipates no adverse comments and will approve the SIP revisions as a direct final rule.
