EPA Approves Kentucky's 15 Percent Plan and Vehicle Inspection Program for Reducing Emissions

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the Commonwealth of Kentucky's 15 Percent Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) Reduction Plan and Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance (I/M) program, which are required by the 1990 Clean Air Act Amendments to reduce emissions in Northern Kentucky Counties of Boone, Campbell, and Kenton.
