Kaiser Sand and Gravel Company Seeks Incidental Take Permit for California Sand Plant

The Kaiser Sand and Gravel Company has submitted an application to the Fish and Wildlife Service for an incidental take permit for two endangered species at its Felton Sand Plant in Santa Cruz County, California, and the permit application and Environmental Assessment are now available for public review.
