Enserch Energy Services, Inc. and Minnesota Power Seek Authority to Export Electric Energy to Canada

Enserch Energy Services, Inc. and Minnesota Power have submitted a request to the U.S. government for permission to transmit electricity from the United States to Canada, in accordance with the Federal Power Act.
