EPA Proposes Partial Settlement in Emission Standard Litigation

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has announced a proposed partial settlement in two lawsuits challenging the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutant Emissions: Group I Polymers and Resins and Group IV Polymers and Resins, published in the Federal Register in 1996. The settlement, which could be withdrawn if public comments are received, aims to address concerns related to the emission standards.
