U.S. Department of the Interior's Minerals Management Service Requests Comments on Access to Crude Oil Supplies

The Minerals Management Service, an agency of the U.S. Department of the Interior, is seeking written comments from small and independent petroleum refiners on their experiences with accessing crude oil at fair prices, which will inform the Secretary of the Interior's decision on selling Federal Government royalty oil under the Royalty-In-Kind program.
