Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Gets Waiver Authority to Support Humanitarian or Peacekeeping Operations

The Director of Defense Procurement has issued a final rule to implement Section 803 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1998, allowing agency heads to waive certain limitations on undefinitized contract actions to support humanitarian or peacekeeping operations.
