US Department of Commerce Cancels Administrative Review of Titanium Sponge from Russia

The US Department of Commerce has cancelled an administrative review of an antidumping duty on titanium sponge from Russia, following a withdrawal of the request for review by TMC Trading International, Ltd. The review, which covered the period from April 1, 1997, to March 31, 1998, was initiated by TMC in response to a request from the Department.
