EPA Authorizes Access to Confidential Business Information by Optimus Corporation

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted access to confidential business information to Optimus Corporation, a contractor based in Silver Spring, Maryland, and its subcontractor Garcia Consulting, Incorporated, under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). This access is related to information submitted to EPA under various sections of the act.
