RUS Form 545, Central Office Equipment Contract (Not Including Installation)

The Rural Utilities Service (RUS) is proposing to amend its regulations on Telecommunications Standards and Specifications for Materials, Equipment, and Construction to add a RUS Form 545 Central Office Equipment Contract (Not Including Installation) and to rescind REA Form 545, Central Office Equipment Contract (Not Including Installation). RUS is proposing this new contract form in order to incorporate contractual and technological changes.
