MTMC Proposes Revision to Mileage Allowances Rule for DOD Freight Traffic Management

The Military Traffic Management Command (MTMC) plans to replace the existing 'Mileage Allowances' rule with a new text to ensure accurate reimbursement for the Department of Defense's use of its freight cars by commercial rail carriers.
