EPA Amends Acid Rain Program Regulations to Improve Allowance Tracking System and Market Efficiency

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has revised the Permits and Sulfur Dioxide Allowance System Regulations under Title IV of the Clean Air Act to enhance the operation of the Allowance Tracking System and the allowance market, while maintaining the Act's environmental objectives.
