Defense Department Updates Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to Remove Outdated Guidance on Short Form Research Contracts

The Director of Defense Procurement has issued a final rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to remove guidance on short form research contracts with educational institutions and nonprofit organizations, effective immediately.
