EPA Proposes to Remove Caprolactam from List of CERCLA Hazardous Substances

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to amend regulations under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 to remove caprolactam from the list of hazardous substances, following its removal from the list of hazardous air pollutants under the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990.
