Commerce Department Corrects Proposed Rule Regarding Census Return Information Disclosure

The US Department of Commerce has corrected a proposed rule that would have disclosed certain return information to the Bureau of the Census for statistical purposes, following a notice of proposed rulemaking published in the Federal Register on March 29, 2024.
