US Department of Justice Publishes Final Guidelines for Megan's Law and Related Acts

The US Department of Justice has released final guidelines to implement the Jacob Wetterling Crimes Against Children and Sexually Violent Offender Registration Act, as amended by Megan's Law, the Pam Lychner Sexual Offender Tracking and Identification Act of 1996, and the 1998 Commerce, Justice, and State Appropriations Act.
