Federal Transit Administration Requests Revision of Customer Service Surveys Information Collection

The Federal Transit Administration is seeking to revise the currently approved information collection of Customer Service Surveys, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and will submit a formal request to the Office of Management and Budget for approval.
