Public Land Order No. 7374 Partially Revokes 1852 Executive Order, Transfers Jurisdiction to U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service

The U.S. government has issued Public Land Order No. 7374, revoking a 1852 executive order affecting 44.04 acres of public land previously withdrawn for U.S. Coast Guard lighthouse purposes. The order also transfers 33.08 acres to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for the National Wildlife Refuge System and conveys 10.96 acres to private ownership.
