U.S. Department of the Interior Announces Plan to Establish Negotiated Rulemaking Committee for Indian Reservation Roads Program

The U.S. Secretary of the Interior is establishing a committee to develop rules for funding and regulations of the Indian Reservation Roads program, as required by the Negotiated Rulemaking Act of 1990, in preparation for the 2000 fiscal year.
