Laidlaw Inc. and Laidlaw Transit Acquisition Corp. to Merge with Greyhound Lines, Inc. - Regulatory Approval Process Initiated

Laidlaw Inc., a noncarrier controlling seven interstate motor passenger carriers, and Laidlaw Transit Acquisition Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary, have submitted a merger application with Greyhound Lines, Inc. to the Board, which has tentatively approved the transaction, pending opposition comments.
