EPA Proposes New Standards for Lead-Based Paint Debris Management and Disposal

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing new standards under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) to regulate the management and disposal of lead-based paint (LBP) debris, while also temporarily suspending regulations under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) that currently apply to LBP debris.
