US Department of Education Invites Ineligible Institutions to Apply for Campus-Based Programs

The US Secretary of Education is calling on institutions of higher education that were previously ineligible to participate in the Federal Perkins Loan, Federal Work-Study, and Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant Programs to submit an application for approval to participate, with the deadline set for the 1999-2000 award year.
