EPA Establishes Time-Limited Tolerance for Tebufenozide Residues in Various Food Commodities

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a regulation establishing time-limited tolerances for residues of the insecticide tebufenozide in various food commodities, including eggs, grass, peanuts, rice, and sweet potatoes, in response to an emergency exemption granted under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act.
