Oregon Authorized to Administer Lead-Based Paint Activities Program

The State of Oregon has been authorized by the EPA to administer lead-based paint activities in target housing and child-occupied facilities, replacing the federal program under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). This authorization took effect on September 3, 1998, after Oregon submitted an application for approval on March 31, 1998.
