Federal Highway Administration and Federal Transit Administration Issue Interim Guidance on Conformity With National Intelligent Transportation Systems Architecture and Standards

The Federal Highway Administration and the Federal Transit Administration have published interim guidance on implementing the Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century's section 5206(e) in accordance with the national intelligent transportation systems architecture and standards, with plans to develop a final policy through formal rulemaking procedures.
