EPA Proposes to Delist Hazardous Waste from Stolle Landfill in Ohio

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to grant a petition by Alcoa to exclude certain solid wastes from the list of hazardous wastes, following a petition submitted under the EPA's delisting rules.
